CSOs, including non-governmental organizations (NGOs), community-based organizations (CBOs), and advocacy groups, share a common mission of empowering individuals and championing social justice across multifaceted social, economic, and political issues.

The research paper presents an exploration of the efforts and initiatives aimed at empowering Sikh women through education, drawing insights from the initial Sikh Educational Conferences held from 1908 to 1925. Sikh women, like their male counterparts, have played a crucial role in the cultural and social fabric of the Sikh community. However, their educational opportunities and participation in leadership roles have historically and socially faced limitations.
