Board of Trustees
The governance of the Trust shall be in the hands of the Board of Trustees. The Board shall be responsible for carrying out the strategic purposes and objectives of the Trust as a non-profit organization.
Membership in the Board of Trustees is voluntary and shall be open to any eligible person interested in furthering the purposes of the organization. It is critical that whoever is on the Board is seen as having absolute integrity and preferable that they be well known and respected in the communities which they serve.
