Our Vision and objectives

When SHRI PARAM HANS EDUCATION & RESEARCH FOUNDATION TRUST (SPHERT) started in 2011, the mandate to reach the unreached, uncared and unattended for ensuring inclusive development in India already existed. However, the starting point of the process was still unclear. It was also important for us to ensure that the initiatives were scalable and sustainable by design. We explored how various NGOs, the corporate sector and the government approached social development. While we wanted to stay with Education and Training as the mainstay of our initiatives, we identified areas that had a crying need and could substantially be addressed by us.

Our desire is to participate effectively in the transformation and development of society through the eradication of illiteracy , superstition and social evils, through establishing and running educational institutions ,creating public awareness about health, hygiene, sanitation, environmental pollution etc. and establishing social engineering centers in rural and urban areas. We undertake humanitarian works providing immediate relief to the suffering in times of sickness ,natural calamities etc.
We also intend to undertake long term projects aimed at generating employment and revenue to the needy so that sustainable development is achieved.

We are implementing various prototypes with the intent to build scalable and sustainable models. At the same time, we are continuing to expand our areas of impact as we collaborate with corporate sector, NGOs and funding organizations.
Few Areas where we want to work are as follows :

1.Train the Teacher.
2.Livelihood training for youth in urban slums.
3.Women empowerment by providing Skilled training.
4.Better training in IT and IT-enabled areas for various not-for-profit organizations across the country.

Our Objectives

• To promote educational, cultural and social development of the poor and weaker Section of the society.

• To establish, conduct and manage, various facilities for vocational guidance centre and information centre.

• To establish and manage fund for Scholarships to weaker and needy students prized/awards to meritorious students to ensure establishment of higher sense of competitiveness amongst the Students.

• conduct meetings, conferences, studies, surveys, etc., in connection with education in general.

• To award scholarships, stipends awards medical aid and other concessions to pupils and deserving men and women who study in school conducted by society and also to provide books to deserved students and scholars.

• To encourage men, women and children to be financially self sustainable by teaching them income generation skills.

• To hold eyes camp, blood donation camp, and medical camp to provide medicines, ambulance facility and other medical help to the poor, needy and old persons.

• To promote the health of suffering & needy persons by providing medical, surgical and other medical assistance including supply of medicines and other medical, surgical or remedial appliances.

• To educate the community Social Responsibilities and impart the knowledge of various Social Services available so as to enable them to make use of the same
