पंचायत राज व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत आदिवासी महिला नेतृत्व का सामाजिक़ स्वरूप
ndependent India is based on the value of democratic political participation. At every level of the political system, the individual has been given the opportunity to participate actively. In order to provide an opportunity for political participation to the poorer sections of the society, especially those belonging to scheduled castes and tribes, three types of systems have been adopted in a major fashion. Educational welfare schemes have been adopted for the advancement of the first scheduled tribe community. Second, the provision of reservation in government jobs. Third, the system of political reservation. Under this arrangement, some places of Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha have been reserved for members of the Scheduled Castes and in such reserved constituencies they have the facility to be elected in the absence of competition from upper caste.
स्वतंत्र भारत की जनवादी राजनीतिक सहभागिता के मूल्य पर आधारित है। राजनीतिक व्यवस्था के प्रत्येक स्तर पर व्यक्ति को सक्रिय रूप से भाग लेने का अवसर प्रदान किया गया है। समाज के निर्धन वर्ग विशेषकर अनुसूचित जाति और जनजाति के व्यक्तियों को राजनीतिक सहभागिता का अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए तीन प्रकार की व्यवस्थाओं को मुख्य रूवप से अपनाया गया है। प्रथम अनुसूचित जनजाति समुदाय की उन्नति के लिए शैक्षणिक कल्याण की योजनाएॅं अपनायी गयी है। द्वितीय सरकारी नौकरियों में आरक्षण की व्यवस्था। तृतीय राजनीतिक आरक्षण की व्यवस्था। इस व्यवस्था के अधीन लोकसभा और विधानसभा के कुछ स्थान अनुसूचित जाति के सदस्यों के लिए आरक्षित कर दिए गए है तथा ऐसे आरक्षित निर्वाचन क्षेत्रांे में उच्च जाति से स्पर्धा के अभाव में उन्हें चुने जाने की सुविधा प्राप्त है।
